Description of Services

We operate kiosk-based entertainment terminals at authorized locations. Our services include gameplay on kiosk terminals, credit purchases and redemptions, Play From Home features, and SMS-based identity verification.

SMS Verification

Certain features require SMS verification. By entering your cell phone number at a kiosk terminal, you consent to receive a one-time verification code via text message. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Tamper with, modify, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our kiosk terminals or systems.
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our terminals or services.

Credits and Transactions

All credit purchases and redemptions are subject to the rules and limits displayed at the kiosk terminal and at the location where the terminal is operated. We reserve the right to void transactions that result from system errors or unauthorized activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Balls of Fire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of credits purchased in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our kiosk terminals.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
